Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Remote

Job Description

• Create and implement recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events, act as industry and event subject matter experts for annual event calendar planning.

• Craft custom outreach messages, plans, and meaningful partnerships to generate candidate leads and referrals in support of our DEI strategies

• Create and execute marketing recruitment process to drive efficiencies, consistency, and effective promotion

• Write engaging campaigns targeting talent communities and educate delivery teams on how to effectively build and deliver campaigns

• Analyze and report ROI for account specific recruitment marketing spend, as well as tracking

• Supports recruiting marketing strategies and helps build key metrics to inform and measure progress

• Understand and identify the competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and inform decisions

• Partners with recruiting, local HR Managers, and leaders to understand the key position requirements

• Partner with corporate communications on messaging and content creation to ensure it aligns with other strategies in our social channels

• Assists in writing and editing job descriptions, position profiles, and creating a central job description repository

• BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing or human resources

• Experience with oversight and execution of company’s’ social media platforms

• Strong digital marketing acumen

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability influence action and adoption

• Able to adjust to rapidly changing situations and priorities.
