Job Description
In this newly created role we are looking for someone who has a passion for marketing and attracting top talent! You will build brand awareness, be our story teller, and maximize your creativity.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and implement recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events, act as industry and event subject matter experts for annual event calendar planning.
Craft custom outreach messages, plans, and meaningful partnerships to generate candidate leads and referrals in support of our DEI strategies
Create and execute marketing recruitment process to drive efficiencies, consistency, and effective promotion
Write engaging campaigns targeting talent communities and educate delivery teams on how to effectively build and deliver campaigns
Analyze and report ROI for account specific recruitment marketing spend, as well as tracking
Supports recruiting marketing strategies and helps build key metrics to inform and measure progress
Understand and identify the competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and inform decisions
Partners with recruiting, local HR Managers, and leaders to understand the key position requirements
Partner with corporate communications on messaging and content creation to ensure it aligns with other strategies in our social channels
Assists in writing and editing job descriptions, position profiles, and creating a central job description repository
BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing or human resources
Experience with oversight and execution of company’s’ social media platforms
Strong digital marketing acumen
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability influence action and adoption
Able to adjust to rapidly changing situations and priorities.
