Location: Deerfield, IL/ Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

Description:Senior UX Designer on client Renewal UX team is responsible for designing enterprise level, with optimization for productivity, suite of products. This role will be responsible for maintaining and designing pharmacy inventory systems including desktop and mobile experience.As a senior UX Designer you must be able to see the big picture and be able to maintain design consistency between product lines.

Job responsibilities:- Creates quality final UX deliverables (e.g., user flow, user journeys, wireframe, and final visual compositions).- Performs detailed analysis of business and user needs and develops clear ux documentation (templates will be provided).- Ensures all designs are according to already established enterprise level Design System. May recommend changes styles and patterns, as necessary.- Participates, contributes to and presents designs during internal bi-weekly design reviews as well as leadership design reviews. Presents and defends concepts with concrete tactical rationale.- Collaborates on daily basis with product managers, product owners, business analysts, system analysts, and scrum teams to ensure quality & consistency.- Follows agreed WOW and UX processes. May recommend changes to the WOW and UX processes, as necessary.- Strives for innovative solutions understanding platform constrains, technical & program level limitations.- Partners with design authority to ensure suggested solutions meet with technical expectations & limitations.- Participates in documenting UX WOW, best practices, and design system.- Partners with research team to validate concepts & design solutions.- Mentors and guides less experienced designers.

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of design experience with focus on enterprise productivity software, web applications and mobile apps.- Expert in FIGMA- Experience implementing User Centered Methodologies across product development life cycle.- Experience designing multiple products at the same time, maintaining design consistency.- Experience creating final UX deliverables, user flows, user journeys, final comps, and other visual artifacts.- Experience working with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA & roadmap planning tools.- Successful in building relationships with internal/external partners.- Successful in working collaboratively within and across disciplines.- Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvements of results and find solutions.- Experience identifying operational issues and leading efforts to improve ways of working and implementing strategy to resolve problems.- Experience adapting to changes related to product needs and scope.- Strong critical thinking, analyzing, and creative problem-solving skills.- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple project with varying completion dates.- Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree and at least 8+ years of experience of leading research activities.- At least 8+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative user research data.- Experience in the digital space, software development, store-based research and/or employee tools is a definite plus.- Experience implementing research into software development process & Teams operating within Agile framework.
