Partnership with business marketing functions.JOB SUMMARY:The Product Line Manager-Digital Presence and Stores will be accountable for the continuous vision and delivery of a consistent presentation of the company to our key external stakeholders through the web and other channels. This leader will own the current state and the plan to move us to a future state that is aligned to key stakeholders within our business. A part of this remit will be evolving and creating differing digital channels that meet the preferences of our customers to engage with us in their preferred way on their preferred device at their preferred time. The selected candidate will know how to interact with digital marketing, corporate communications, technical and customer care departments, and commercial leadership to ensure success of our digital channel needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and develop digital platform/services to enable strategic business priorities in this domain. Oversee the technology portfolio of our e-Commerce, web stores, and commercial web content. Create and take accountability for the execution of a plan to integrate the best of the best capabilities of Client and a recent acquisition to create a single presence for our customers that utilizes common digital capabilities as a foundation. Coordinate with Corporate Communication and regional and GBU Sales and Marketing teams to optimize all aspects of our customer engagement strategy. Collaborate with other IT product line owners and product owners to enable the vision of the best experience for our customers. Serve as the program manager during digital service delivery, enlisting involvement from other functional or business executives, re-establishing priorities, and acting as a coach during the rollout of digital capabilities to ensure technical and business readiness. Build detailed budgets across different brands and regions. Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of digital day-to-day initiatives. Measure new efficiencies and ROI of digital technology investment for the purpose of driving both cost savings and revenue generation. Bring together the diverse skills required to create focus, momentum, processes, standards and governance to execute/optimize our digital presence with our customers. Lead and motivate the team providing vision, coaching and guidance on day-to-day business. Develop ways to attract and retain top talent. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BS/BA degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field. 10+ years of experience progressive experience in IT or business management with leadership level experience in technology development. Proven experience in building and leading a customer-facing digital capabilities and eCommerce operations, with demonstrated success managing initiatives from conception through delivery with quantifiable results in a multi-channel environment throughout different countries.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences. Ability to think strategically, drive for results, build a high performing organization. Capacity to continuously drive innovation and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives. Deep understanding of customer segments and how to optimize business accordingly. Strong project management skills and ability to complete projects on time. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas. Solid negotiation skills with experience developing contracts and partnerships. Strong experience with ecommerce, digital transformation, and technology tools and process. Proven track record of providing coaching and mentoring to staff, solve-problems, make decisions independently, and work effectively under pressure
