Job Summary:

Cybersecurity:

The Cyber Security Architect is responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within CF's network. A Security Architect is expected to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products. Guide, mentor and develop others, to be the face of the team.

SAP Security:

The SAP Security Architect requires a depth of SAP system experience as well as skills for advising and supporting the business with ongoing technology and process transformation. Responsible for knowledge and technical skills to support the SAP landscape; Responsible for working with the system integrators, project management and governance teams to enable the business user community to achieve their roles and objectives, while providing proper access controls. It will require working with IT business partners to understand impacts of incoming projects/initiatives as they relate to our SAP security design. This role will be responsible for all SAP Application Security area covering audit controls, design, testing, and implementation of SAP security roles and authorization concepts through project work, support incidents and service requests.

Job Description:

Major Responsibilities :

Section 1 - Cybersecurity
  • Evaluate, test, recommend, develop, coordinate, monitor and maintain information systems (IS) and cyber security policies, procedures, and systems, including access management for hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Ensure that IS and cyber security architecture/designs, plans, controls, processes, standards, policies, and procedures are aligned with IS standards and overall IS and cyber security.
  • Identify security risks and exposures, determine the causes of security violations, and suggest procedures to halt future incidents and improve security.
  • Develop a complete understanding of a CF's technology and information systems.
  • Design, build, implement and support enterprise-class security systems.
  • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
  • Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge.
  • Plan, research, and design robust security architectures for any IT project.
  • Create and recommend solutions that balance business requirements with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
  • Test security systems to ensure they behave as expected.
  • Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide thorough remedial solutions and analysis.
  • Regularly communicate vital information, security needs and priorities to upper management.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing cyber security strategies.
  • Lead and mentor other analysts in the group with risk reduction strategy.

Section 2 - SAP Security
  • Design and deploy security solutions that enables the business community to achieve their goals while providing proper control.
  • Analyze processes/business user needs and deliver quality solutions that meet both business and functional requirements.
  • Extensive experience of SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control with hands on experience of Segregation of Duties including SAP GRC rule set
  • SAP roles and authorizations experience; including at least two full SAP project life cycles implementing an SAP authorization concept.
  • Excellent hands-on working knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations in both end user and project environment and in the following SAP modules: Solution Manager, ERP, S/4HANA, GRC, and Fiori.
  • Interact with senior management to discuss and explain issues affecting users; Prepare and present proposals related to projects that will improve functionality and support;
  • At all times adhere to SOX standards and deliver highest quality process design, functional requirements, configuration, testing and documentation.
  • Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process; Support non production systems during testing and other project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the SAP Security Administration team performance meeting target SLA's, audit compliance, and management defined metrics.
  • Overall knowledge of SAP Finance/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Distribution transactions and the accompanying authorizations.

IV. Incumbent Attributes:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.
  • Years of experience: 10+ years of experience in a technical role in the areas of Security Operations, IT Risk Management, Threat Intelligence, Identity and Access Management, Cyber Security Incident Response may be preferred to complete all essential job functions.
  • Other unique job relevant attributes: Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including cloud services, hardware, networking, architecture, protocols, file systems, and Windows operating systems.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
