Job Description
Behavioral Health Associate, under the direction of the Manager of Outpatient Mental Health, delivers direct care to the psychiatric patient. Effectively interacts with the patients and their support network, and with the treatment milieu to facilitate positive patient outcomes. He/she will perform these tasks in a fashion where he/she assures, embraces, and communicates the pledge, values and policies of NM.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related field - Master's degree in Social Work Counseling, Psychology or related field preferred
