Job Overview: The Maxon Training Coordinator will provide safety training and basic shooting fundamentals to our diverse and growing customer base. They will mentor and supervise our cadre of Firearms Instructors and maintain the Maxon standard when it comes to the quality of our instruction. They will complete the online Maxon training schedule and deal with any customer service related issues regarding training and instruction. They will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.Job Requirements: The Training Coordinator is required to be over the age of 21, possess a valid FOID card, concealed carry permit and an Instructor Certification from either the NRA or USCCA or equivalent. The Training Coordinator needs to be versed in all types of firearm actions (semi-auto, revolver, lever action, pump action, DA/SA, SAO, etc) including all platforms of pistols, rifles and shotguns.
