Location: Rosemont, Illinois (Onsite/ Hybrid)

Note: Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in office, at least twice a week, rest remote

Role: Supply Chain Integration Services Team Lead

Role Description: The

Supply Chain Integration Services Team Lead must have at least 8+ years of experience. The Global Supply Chain Integration Services (SCIS) Business Unit is looking for a North America Team Lead based in Rosemont, IL. As the SCIS Team Lead, you will be joining a team providing consulting and support services to European, North American and Asia-Pacific markets. In this position, you will be responsible for managing people, projects and product deliveries as well as managing operational support of Engagement Platforms, Supply Chain solutions and services across North American markets. Responsibilities: - Equally this position engages with Supply Chain, Strategy, Quality, Operations, Customer Services and IT local leaders to gather, understand and prioritize their local roadmaps. - Connects with SCIS product management, data analytics and technical pillars to prioritize and sequence the implementation of new SCIS products and solutions in the North American markets. - Ensures project and people change management and training practices are well established and followed. - Upholders SCIS change authority/control as well as SCIS solution governance in the markets.

Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or like discipline. - 8+ years of experience in Projects, Resource Management and Solution Governance - Experience of IT Change Control Management and code quality control - Experience of complex Incident and Problem Management involving multiple organizations and stakeholders - Expertise in business processes, solution design, system development and process improvements - Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to implementation - Knowledge in Supply Chain Management - Knowledge in People Change Management - Experience of B2B integration and Data Management - Experience of Performance improvement techniques, proactive monitoring. - Experience in product lifecycle management - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. - Highly motivated to take independent responsibility as well as has the ability to contribute and be a productive team member. - Problem-solving aptitude - Ability to display self-confidence while showing respect and support to others. - Excellent verbal communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to listen and to communicate effectively and persuasively with individuals and in presentations to groups. - Excellent written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively compose correspondence and narrative reports which communicate messages consistent with company policy to both internal and external audiences, using appropriate tone, grammar, and word usage. - Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with the understanding of Global 24/7 operating organization. - Ability to travel internationally and occasionally This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience within the Supply Chain and Distribution industry. - Experience in Consulting role. - Experience with industry standard applications in supply chain organizations. - Data analysis experience writing SQL queries to pull data, Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI or other reporting solution. - Experience in managing offshore teams. - Experience with agile model of software development.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or like discipline.
