Description:Provides day-to-day technical support and guidance for the product manufacturing process.Identifies and resolves assembly issues, writes corrective actions for resolutionTroubleshoots incoming component issues, Tags non-compliant parts, and works with suppliers for return and replacement of problem parts.Performs outgoing Quality Inspections prior to product shipment. When necessary, returns product to assembly for correction and re-inspection.Writing corrective actionsCoordinates the implementation / awareness of production product changes as well as any required training / documentation.Examines production processes to identify bottlenecks / pain points.Responsible for continuous improvement via “Kaizen” – makes and takes suggestions for improvementsWrites SOP assembly proceduresAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, 3+ years of related manufacturing experience – lean mfg. a plusExcellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detailKnowledge of safety practices and proceduresProficient with CAD and Microsoft OfficeAbout Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
