The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams that are a key part of our overall growth. The Project Manager will oversee all efforts related to delivery of projects including large-scale enterprise solutions. The project manager has responsibility for all aspects of the project and will coordinate resources across multiple functions in delivery of the project/goal/outcome. Additionally, this position will be responsible for leading RFPs and software selections. May also participate in IT strategic planning and roadmap development for multiple programs and portfolios. This position will bring project management know-how to the organization and adapt to what is right for our culture. Delivering high-quality projects on-time and on-budget is the baseline. The Project Manager leads from the front with high business acumen skills, 'solutioning ability' and is hands-on with data, business process and a variety of technologies. The role is a change leader, project manager and business analyst combined. A core focus will be new technology implementations thru all phases from initiation to support hand-off. Will also lead non-IT projects as needed by utilizing a proven delivery track record of getting the most complex projects implemented that drive value. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple, high-complexity projects or programs
  • Leads multiple, complex projects concurrently as the primary project lead
  • Overseeing/coordinating all aspects of the project
  • Setting and maintaining expectations on scope, timeline and budget
  • Prepares and maintains clear, accurate project documentation, including project plan, status report, and resource requests/assignments
  • Ensures high quality with attention to detail on Requirements Traceability and Testing Plans
  • Providing visibility to team impediments/risks and assisting with eliminating them
  • Effectively manages change and able to influence the team to adopt best practices/process improvements
  • Tracking and reporting status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
  • Helping teams achieve project goals while being aware of and sensitive to the overall business goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years' experience in Information Technology with focus on all aspects of software
  • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years leading projects, preferably in software implementations
  • Significant experience in project management, scope and budget management
  • Experience in selecting and implementing package software including customizations or add-ons
  • Experience with guest facing technology (Point of Sale, eCommerce, CRM, Mobile Applications
  • Familiarity with change management concepts
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and provide expertise to project team members
  • Expert knowledge of project management best practices and/or project methodologies
  • Well versed in a variety of SDLC disciplines; Waterfall, Agile, Lean and when to use hybrid approach
  • Must represent company core values
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS Project or another project software
  • Demonstrated desire to continue project and change management learning
  • Must work well under pressure and be comfortable with change and complexity within a dynamic environment

Highly Preferred:
  • Experience with restaurant, food and beverage, retail and hospitality industries
  • Experience with multi-unit operations in a retail setting
  • Experience with Retail Point of Sale systems; Oracle Micro or NCR Aloha
  • Experience implementing or leading project for Enterprise ERP (Finance); SAP, Oracle, Workday
  • Experience with labor scheduling, labor management, and/or Inventory control applications
  • Experience integrating OLO, Doordash, Hot Schedules or Open table into Restaurant Operations
  • Has worked in roles previously such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Change Management Lead
  • Previous experience working within a Program Management Office; introducing process and policies
  • Experience with project management software like Clarity and Microsoft Project
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Team and/or Smartsheets for project tool kits
  • Formal Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred but not required
