The CEnS organization is looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success to help us build a future where customers come to us, not only because we provide industry-leading products and services, and also because we provide a differentiated and connected customer experience that is rooted in our commitment to delivering on customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesThe Offerings Design & Management team (OD&M) owns commercial services that provide expert guidance and problem resolution to help customers get the most business value from all Microsoft technologies. We recognize the unique needs and requirements that our Public Sector customers have and have developed a variety of specialized offerings and programs to meet them.In this Sr. Business Program Management role, you will lead the product and business strategy for a portfolio of support offerings for the Public Sector. You would own the end-to-end design of customer experiences and its worldwide landing efforts in partnership with our Marketing, Sales, Operations and Delivery teams.Responsibilities: Use market research, insights from our internal stakeholders and customer feedback to develop a deep understanding of the global customers' needs across Microsoft solution areas. Drive Public Sector and sovereign cloud support product and business strategy including packaging and pricing to make it central to the digital transformation challenges. This work includes offering definition, feature roadmap, value proposition and messaging. Drive Go-To-Market in partnership with our marketing and sales teams. Closely collaborate with the Engineering, Delivery and Business Operations organizations to build a profitable, relevant, consistent, scalable healthy business and customer experience across markets. Establish and manage business processes for Public Sector support offerings, including rhythm of the business, KPIs and governance activities.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields 3-5 years of work experience in product or program management in Professional Services or Customer Success. Broad knowledge of technology and Digital Transformation strategies Outstanding teamwork and hands-on leadership skills Global product and business strategy skills and experience Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirementsPerferred Qualifications Working knowledge and experience of Public Sector IT and procurement requirements Master’s degree in Business AdministrationThe salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $125,000 and $187,700.At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
