The Microsoft Store Experiences team builds customer shopping journeys across Microsoft’s online, brick & mortar and small business marketplaces enabling our employees and customers to achieve more.Position Summary:Microsoft’s Stores Experience team is looking for a highly motivated, Senior Product Manager with a background in B2B e-commerce. Join us and help define innovative scenarios for supply chain and fulfillment of digital and physical goods & services. In this role you will establish end-to-end requirements and key business metrics, collaborate effectively across engineering and business teams across Microsoft. You will contribute to multiple sales channels building shared services and capabilities that are secure, performant and reliable.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Define product vision and strategy for Microsoft Store small business capabilities

Design, drive, deliver and support customer and employee experiences that align with the product strategy

Collaborate across engineering teams, build consensus on strategy, deliver services, designs, and schedules to bring world-class sales features to life.

Define and develop feature sets in partnership with cross organizational engineering teams.

Identify opportunities to increase Customer satisfaction, revenue, and/or efficiencies across the Microsoft Store sales and support landscape.

Provide subject matter expertise across all disciplines with exceptional depth of knowledge in E-Commerce and Business Sales

Collaborate with the Product Planning team on system roadmap and backlog prioritization for assigned features

Collaborate with partner engineering and business teams on user acceptance testing, deployment launch and roll out planning and execution

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Minimum 3 years industry experience in ecommerce solutions in the enterprise

Proven experience B2B ecommerce solutions

Experience with ERP systems and commerce integrations

BA/BS or equivalent degree/experience in Computer Science, MIS or related field

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in payment, supply chain and financial solutions in the enterprise

Experience with multiple sales channels and omnichannel scenarios
