Cybersecurity Manager The Cybersecurity Manager will manage day-to-day delivery of the cyber security groups' strategy. This role will be both hands-on and managerial; overseeing a team to assure the quality and efficiency of all cyber security projects.Roles and Responsibilities Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity & compliance strategy, program, and architecture. Manage, monitor and strengthen IT cyber security & compliance processes. Coordinate cyber security assessment activities with internal/external auditors. Lead Cyber team and hybrid SOC, working with Cyber specific tools and Managed Service Provider to include threat hunting and forensics research Improve cyber security awareness and instill a "cyber-awareness" culture across the enterprise. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration 5-7 years of direct Cybersecurity related work experience. IT security certifications is a must Well versed in firewalls, routing, and TCP/IP ports and protocols Strong fundamentals in information technology, security, change management, and IT operations management Understanding of risk management, data protection and privacy Strong data analysis skills using standard office tools are required. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence decisions within IT and business leaders. Ability to utilize problem solving skills to analyze technical problems and develop effective and economic solutions Ability to work with and through staff and other management to accomplish goals and objectives and finish projects Experience in the usage of the Proofpoint platform, Imperva Web Application Firewall's, Carbon Black Defense, SIEM's, phishing campaigns, firewalls, an VPN's.
