Join us.Job Purpose:This Information Technology Manager will manage a team of 8-12 members that handle machine orders for Caterpillar. There are an additional 20 flexible resources (depending on demand) that are part of the extended team.Description:This role is a the manager of an application group with responsibility for multiple teams that perform support functions, and/or development and implementation, for complex infrastructure components or customer application systems that relate to machine orders for CaterpillarThe IT Manager is responsible for:SAP SD
RDE – Hybris
CMOPS
QAD SD
Other Orders Management Applications as needed
Budget responsibility between 1-10M USD.
Basic Requirements:Relevant degree and/or 912 years of progressively complex experiences.
A broad knowledge of one or more application or infrastructurecomponent.
Should have diagnostic and analytical ability along with good interpersonal, teaming, delegation, and leadership and communications skills.
Top Candidate Will Also Have:Requires previous technical and managerial experience in Caterpillar applications or infrastructure with a broad background in systems hardware, system software, support and development methodologies, business planning, project management, and customer application needs
