High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver's license w/ clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to complete and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in Military, Law Enforcement or Private Security Industry
Ability to obtain an Illinois Private Security License
Willing and capable of becoming licensed and performing armed security functions should the need arise
Interviewing suspects and witnesses related to internal security incidents
Investigative experience
Ability to lead/co-lead a team of 3 rd party officers
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Administrative experience
Familiarity with ACS and CCTV systems
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Work pressure, disturbances of workflow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis.
Working conditions may be somewhat disagreeable requiring occasional exposure to seasonal weather and noise.
Regular travel between local locations is likely.
While primary duty hours 3pm, -11pm, must be flexible to work in the event of emergencies, after hour events or other operational needs.
Extended standing and moderate to heavy lifting are occasionally required.
Requires walking, running and possibly some climbing (ladders, etc.)
