Description:The Medical schedulers will be answering all incoming callsAsses caller's needs and direct to appropriate personal. Need to obtain and communicate all messages in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accuracy in all communication. They will be scheduling new and return appointments in patient scheduling module. May cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary. Obtain appropriate records as required for upcoming appointments, scanning paperwork into EMR as necessary Confirm future appointments, may follow up with patients to reschedule missed appointments Register patient into clinic, ensuring that all demographic information is accurate and up to date Demonstrates understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinicHours:Monday-Friday 8am-5pmSkills & Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalentOut Patient Registration (2 years) Customer service Attention to detail Handling high call volume 3-5 year's clerical support experience (preferably in medical office) Knowledge of EHR, and patient scheduling modules, preferably experience in G-GastroAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we’re dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
