The person in the role will need to have experience managing large teams that will equate to about 120 per shift in our busy season. We are looking for someone that will bring a history of reducing cost and improving process & productivity as well as:
Great supervision of production operations, associates, and safety for specific area/lines.
Ability to coach employees to become leads and supervisors.
Strong ability to hire top talent and evaluate them.
Strong participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Must be an awesome collaborator to work with various groups including maintenance and production management.
Monitors work documents (work orders, pre-ops, etc.) and works to improve production issues facility wide.
Must be proficient with audits.
Strong communication, planning, interpersonal and decision making skills.
The idea candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in business field, preferred
Five plus years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment required
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
