- Install, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Resolves user problems and ensures correct operations of computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting. Escalate support issues to hardware, network and systems specialists as required. Provide problem tracking and analysis for systems improvement recommendations.
- Maintain inventory and log all service/repair activities.
- Create and maintain support materials, training tools, and other documentation.
- Assist in testing of systems development. Document and organize user requests for functional corrections and improvements.
- Provide data reporting in support of user requests and requirements.
- Create and maintain user accounts, document changes, monitor system status and security.
- Monitor systems and operations performance to identify potential issues with applications, usage, and data management. Communicate and coordinate issues and their resolution with appropriate parties.
- May require moving or lift boxes of equipment.
- Other tasks as identified by the management.

- 2 or more years of experience in delivering desktop, server, and IT systems support with demonstrated competencies in Windows server, Active Directory, Mobile Devices (iOS) and various printers.
- Microsoft or similar IT support certifications desirable.
