Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Order Processing Specialist located in Elk Grove Village, IL on a direct hire basis. The primary responsibility is t ensure all orders are entered in and invoiced properly.Pay: $18-19.00/HRShift: 8:30-5:00PM Monday-Friday
Must have minimum of 2 years in Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required as well as knowledge with ERP systems.
Order entry or CPG experience in order processing.
Deadline driven, work in fast-paced multi-tasking environment, and team-oriented.
Support sales and operations with entering, processing, and confirming orders in a timely manner
Provide customer service regard order statuses.
Store and contain all relevant PO-s, Bill of ladings, and invoicing.
Provide customers with pricing, order sheets, and contract information.
Work with sales, logistics, and finance teams to coordinate customer relations and inquiries.
