Job DescriptionThis is a short-term position covering a medical leaveDuties/Responsibilities:-Own all integrated marketing strategy, execution, and optimization, for all company campaigns.-Ensure all plans include breakthrough creative and data-driven and surgically targeted media.
Assess marketing performance, optimize, and report on effectiveness and ROI.
Manage all integrated marketing agencies and ensure only best-in-class work is delivered to the marketplace.
Partner effectively with brand and portfolio teams to ensure work is efficient, consistent, and strategic
Manage the budget for marketing and communications.
Skills Required:
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience managing agencies required
Previous experience in B2B Marketing, preferably Foodservice or Food & Beverage.
Demonstrated ability to operate entrepreneurially, to be scrappy and resourceful, and to challenge the status quo.
Desire to plow through barriers to get stuff done quickly (and at a high level of quality).
Strong attention to detail - Equal parts superstar strategic thinker and excellent executor
Equal parts right brained (creative) and left brained (analytical)
Holds him/herself to the highest standards with everything he/she does
Demonstrates amazing initiative
