Atleast 2-3 major transition experience would be preferred.• Knowledge about the transition phases including Due diligence, Knowledge gathering and transfer, Hypercare support, Operations stabilization, etc.• Strong experience with installation, management and upgrade of opensource and enterprise Kubernetes clusters.• Experience with Opensource preferably and also Managed K8s (EKS, AKS or PKS) is desired.• Good Knowledge on Docker and container technologies.• Experience/Familiarity with cloud computing services: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS)• Experience with architecting highly scalable and highly available systems• Experience with setting up monitoring, logging and managing backups of a Kubernetes platform.• Good experience with Kubernetes security, storage, networking and RBAC.• Exposure to Service mesh like Istio, Consul.• Exposure to Kubernetes integration with Vault for storing and retrieving secrets.• Experience in integrating CICD pipeline to release new build to Kubernetes.• Experience with Helm for managing kubernetes deployment.• Good Knowledge on image scanning tools like Qualys, Clair, Anchore etc.• Knowledge on CIS Benchmark standard for kubernetes.• Strong experience with kubernetes security tools like Kube-bench, Kubeaudit etc• Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff; ability to articulate business issues/concerns with staff, peers, superiors, and outside parties• Strong presentation skills.• Exposure to infrastructure and platform capabilities - container, middleware, messaging, routing components• Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills• Ability to contribute to, and balance delivery against, multiple projects/demands simultaneously.If your skills match these requirements, please send your resume to for immediate consideration.
