Key Areas of Responsibility:- Customer Order Management - which includes but is not limited to order entry, confirming of order detail accuracy, stock allocation, minimum order quantity monitoring, off invoice promotion maintenance
- Aging Stock Order Management - work with the supply chain team, sales team, and discount retailers to ensure aging stock is shipped on designated POs, initiating and coordinating donation opportunities
- Internal sample request orders - manage and coordinate marketing and sales sample requests
- Responsible for supporting, managing requests/problems, and inquiries for specified accounts
- Liaising with 3rd party warehouses, brokers and logistics personnel to handle and resolve customer issues
- Overage, shortage, and damage/deduction management for set accounts
- Process Customer Return to stocks
- Process Customer Price only credits
- Process Customer Price only debits
- Provide supporting documents to initiate carrier claims for damaged or lost product
- Assist Inventory Analyst in resolving inventory reconciliation issues
- Provide backup support for other Customer Service Representatives
- Participate in Weekly Supply Chain Review Meetings
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Customer Service mindset - goes above and beyond customer expectations and anticipates customer's needs
- Experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to work closely within a team environment, as well as work individually, with little supervision
- Degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
- Associate degree with a focus in business or communications preferred
