Position: Experience Strategist (UX/UI) Location: Leslie, IL (Day 1 Onsite) Work type : Onsite Duration : Contract Requirements: Design thinking methodology Practitioner (preferred) Experience of having run the end-to-end design cycle with a problem-solving mindset Conduct user empathy to build User Personas, Journeys and other Design artefacts Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing Develop, high-level concepts for features and functionality, and document through the creation of wireframes, user flows, site maps and prototypes Facilitate decision making and create synergy between business and development teams Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints and translate them into concepts and functional components Knowledge of tools such as Adobe CC, Invision, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, InVision, MarvelApp, and InDesign Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
