Staff Accountant

DescriptionStaff Accountant for a client in the South Suburbs. The accountant will be responsible for maintaining the general ledgers of the company to ensure their correctness and conformation to US GAAP, participate in the monthly closes and develop monthly variance analysis to be reported to budget managers. Complete Bank Reconciliations, Upload payroll info into Paylocity. These activities will be achieved through a systematic and recurring review of source transactions (accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset, etc.) to ensure proper posting to cost center and account.
