In this role you will be responsible for achieving MAPEI’s financial goals by monitoring inventory adjustments, inventory valuations and warehousing efficiency, and support the North America units with reporting, training and acting as a liaison between them and other departments.

Support the activities of inventory control and warehouse management for all the units of MAPEI North America.

Analyze and participate in defining objectives related to warehousing and inventory management with Unit Managers and Warehouse Managers.

Analyze results and achieved/unachieved improvements regarding inventory accuracy, stock rotation and obsolete generation, shipping & receiving accuracy, on time shipping reliability, customer complaints service related.

Test, implement and train the new technology brought to the operations.

Analyze materials movements. Generate reports showing the performance indicators related to inventory, shipping, receiving, customer complaints.

Support technical preparation (including MAPEI software) and training of personnel involved in inventory control and warehouse management as instructed by the Warehousing & Logistics Manager MAPEI Americas.

Interact and cooperate with Unit Managers, Warehouse Managers, Finance, and IT.

Hold a technical college diploma or the equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.

Be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, I-Series Report Downloader, AS/400 Query, GITS Statistical Reports, and Bar Code Scanning programs.

Be able to travel up to 30% in support of all plants.
