- Day to day:
- Example: toaster needs wiring diagram completed, component substitution, motor swaps on a toaster, tuning parameters for a stepper motor drive.
- Wiring, board layout, component substitution.
- Must Haves:
- 5-7+ years experience.
- Schematic design/board layout (Altium, orcad, cadence, mentor graphics-any are fine!)
- Wiring best practices
- Bachelors Degree required in engineering
- Altium preferred (some type of schematic capture required.)
- Component substitution/selection
