Deskside Support Technician Our global client has an immediate need for an experienced Deskside Support professional. As part of a team, you will act as a primary support technician on day-to-day client issues. The selected individual will be self-motivated, thorough, collaborative, professional and responsive by nature. This role will interact with all levels of the organization. Candidates must be capable of consistently delivering a "White Glove" level of service while maintaining productivity in a fast-past environment.

Responsibilities: Supporting our clients via phone, email, remote login and/or at deskside via pro-active and reactive visits Creating new users, configuring laptops, and setting up their desks/workstations Troubleshooting day to day technical issues and assisting with daily requests Working trouble tickets from creation through resolution or escalation Maintaining current and accurate documentation of work as well as assets, configurations, passwords, processes, etc.

Requirements: Sense of pride and passion for what you do Experience working as part of support team and a desire to help your teammates Relevant working experience; certifications are desired Minimum 2 years' experience working in a deskside support role White Glove Customer Service and Support focus with strong written and verbal communication skills Basic Data Center understanding Experience using an issue or ticket tracking system Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly Ability to work through issues methodically Ability to properly document processes and assets Senior level end-user and desktop support skills Experience and knowledge of popular business cloud-based services Experience in virus and malware remediation Basic experience with Office 365 management Basic experience with Active Directory administration

Nice to Have: Familiarity and understanding of ITIL Best Practices Note: this is an on-site position that includes some rotating weekend on-call responsibilities
