Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management (or combination of data management experience and college coursework may be considered)Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical clinical research (or health services industry may be considered)Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GDP), clinical trials management, and clinical data managementGood understanding of the clinical database life cycle, including the CRF design, database development and testing, edit checks, data quality review, and database lock proceduresProficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience in at least one Electronic Data Capture (EDC) clinical data management systems (e.g. Oracle Clinical, Medrio, OpenClinica, Medidata Rave, InForm, IBM Clinical Development)

Knowledge and skills:Ability to learn new skills, tasks, and technologies and teach othersAbility to collaborate and strategizeGood organization skillsEffective logical thinking and problem-solving skills
