- This is a Software Asset Management role and does not focus on Asset or PC Hardware knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills are utilized by the team daily.
- The position also includes research and data analysis.
- Knowledge of software licensing terminology and types of software in the marketplace should be existing worker knowledge or researched as part of on-the-job requirements.
- Worker would be in the office week of start date listed.
- Handles level 2 requests for software licensing; issues with license or install, they go out research issues, contacting vendor, google search of vendors website, downloading software to network path.
- Uses a excel a LOT; most be an expert/advanced excel user, pivot tables, filters.
- Lots of research and reporting; lots of metrics. Systems of records to search data. understand fuzzy search.
- Uses remedy ticketing system and is migrating to service now.
- Responding to clients via e-mail; some chat to Microsoft teams; team works with clients overseas.
- Candidates have advanced/expert level experience in excel.
- Having OS skills would be great; experience with network paths, able to use SharePoint.
- Bachelors preferred
- High school diploma required
