On March 1, 2016, Wells Fargo acquired CDF from GE CapitalBusiness Initiatives Team Lead Role:Lead initiatives/projects/programs that span multiple businesses/functions within and across businesses globally (North America, Asia, Australia, Europe). Partner closely with senior leaders/stakeholders to drive strategic alignment. Lead project scoping, goal development and project plan design. Drive plan execution and ensure long-term improvement. Responsible for providing project management oversight and leadership. Drive continuous improvement to support growth, customer satisfaction and productivity.Responsibilities:

Lead project/program teams to drive key initiatives

Responsible for building vision and CAP planning for large, complex, multi-business and function initiatives

Partners with key stakeholders and senior leaders to build and execute strategy

Functions as primary point of contact for the initiative or project and provides status updates to senior leaders and stakeholders on project status and defined deliverables

Utilizes expertise to facilitate and lead large cross-functional process improvement teams to deliver results for assigned areas of responsibility

May identify opportunities to automate processes for sustained improvement

Facilitates assigned areas to develop and maintain process measurements and implement controls to monitor current processes

Troubleshoots with team members to resolve obstacles/roadblocks, serves as a sounding board for problem resolution and ensures smooth, continuous progress on projects

Leverages best practices and shares within the team and across the business

Develops rigorous control plans, working closely with process owners, project champions and senior management to ensure improvement gains are sustained on a long-term basis

Develops and may facilitate or deliver training required to implement plans

Act as a Business Owner driving accountability and ownership of assigned initiatives

Partner with PMO as a Business Owner on assigned initiatives providing support to project managers and drive accountability for project execution

Guide, coach, train, influence other/new Business Initiatives Consultants in the execution of initiatives

Provide input to manager on team member performance & support team members through development areas

Support Manager in the execution of team development through facilitation of team building activities/training/best practice sharing as needed

Act as a point of escalation for project issues/escalations to Manager & Stakeholders

Act as a primary back up to Manager

Act as a backup for other Business Initiatives Consultants as needed

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
