Job Description
In collaboration with VP Enterprise Architecture , under the general direction of the CTO, The primary function of the Enterprise Architect, Supply Chain is to work with the manufacturing, supply chain and logistics function in understanding the vision and strategies required to enable their capabilities to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities, and problems This is an ever-changing domain that requires thoughtful roadmaps, and deliberate execution.Strategy: This position will work closely with the IT teams and their business partners to define IT strategy and roadmaps. These roadmaps will be aligned to business strategy, and clearly define when new capabilities can be introduced.Architecture: This position will understand the desired future state technical architecture and will help to define the approach to closing gaps to reach it in order to scale the business and/or reduce costs.Governance: This position will help to enforce our architecture principles in order to reduce complexity and improve business process throughout organization.Communication: This position will be a consistent voice ensuring that enterprise architecture team's purpose and operating model are clearly understood by their partners across the organization.- Serve as advisor to functional and tower leaders on business, information and technology strategies- Partner with IT leaders to align on roadmaps to enable strategic capabilities for the functions- Understand technology product and vendor strategies, products and roadmaps -Hold decision rights on solution roadmaps for process area working with functional towers-Define future state architecture vision and develop target architecture roadmaps-Ensure technology investments are fully aligned to deliver maximum value-Ensure adherence to architecture references, EA principles and standards for efficient deployments and operations during project definition and implementation-Develop the Business, Data, & Application Architecture-Lead innovation initiatives that are strategic to the organization.-Evaluate and employ emerging technologies & industry trends to provide a competitive edge-Provide architectural review in the demand management process-Ensure projects conformance and compliance with architecture definition and guidelines and be an advisory member on blueprint sessions.-Identify and Mitigate Architectural Risks that would negatively impact our business/IT strategy, IT Landscape.-Update and maintain of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables-Actively engaged in Architecture and User Group communitiesKey Skills - Experience / Working Knowledge of complex Enterprise systems like SAP FMS/SNC/GTS, SAP WMi, Logility, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Active Omni etc, Data Platforms like SAP MDM, and Collibra, RFID Technology, Sustainability and Traceability Platforms, Logistics Networks, Packaging and Labeling Standards and Applications, Integration approaches and methodologiesRequires a BS/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience including 10-15 years' experience, Experience solving complex business challenges by identifying and leveraging technology as part of the solution.More about this roleWhat you need to know about this position:What extra ingredients you will bring:Education / Certifications:Job specific requirements:Travel requirements:Work schedule:No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryThe United States is the largest market in the Mondelz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
