- Bachelors or equivalent.
- 10+ Years of Experience, preferably in Information Technology.
- 1-3 Years of Managerial Experience, preferably in Information Technology.
- Establish key metrics needed to formulate a continuous improvement team culture and drive towards optimal staffing levels, skills and succession plans.
- Collaborate with Information Technology and business unit personnel to ensure alignment on enterprise service direction and platforms that support them.
- Strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors/suppliers, leverage those partnerships to establish roadmaps as needed and hold them accountable to high quality products and services in use.
- Oversee activity of direct staff to ensure service level agreements are adhered to, customer satisfaction targets are achieved, platforms are useable, secure, efficient and reliable and projects are delivered within their agreed budget, scope and schedule.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations Lead to ensure platform and process compliance is tracked, managed and reported to IT Leadership team and governance committees as required.
- For each enterprise service, establish platform vision and strategies and drive creation of multi-year roadmaps that will feed annual project portfolio planning.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
