We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Planner located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois.Your Role:As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will will identify opportunities for improvement and understand impacts to the whole supply chain on a Business Unit level and scope. In addition, you will convert customer demand into supply plans and will report to the Supply Chain Planning Manager. You will have the opportunity to:
Create and adjust clear schedules and guidelines
Reach volume, customer service, inventory, and operating expense goals
Plan and execute promotions for new materials and products
Prepare and analyze capacity plans
Drive strategic decisions for the business and analyze KPI trends to identify and execute opportunities to improve supply chain and operations efficiencies.

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics or related field
8+ years of related professional supply chain business experience including supply planning.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong customer focus mindset as you will own all facets of the order fulfillment process, and proactively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Icing on the cake:
MBA or other advanced degree
Previous experience in demand planning or inventory
LEAN experience
Proficiency in SAP or JDA
