Available overtime on both shifts
1ST Shift: M-F 6:15AM-4:15PM $14 hourly
2ND Shift: M-F 2:45PM-12:45AM $14 hourly
Major responsibilities are as follows:The Palletizer operates a suction system to place boxes of finished goods onto pallets as is consistent with customers- specifications.
Unload packed boxes of product from the conveyor to a pallet.
Use a suction system to lift and transfer boxes of product from the conveyor to a pallet.
Arrange boxes according to specified pallet configuration.
Assist and fill in for employees on the packaging line as needed.
Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues.
Follow SOP-s, GMP-s safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct.
Report food safety problems.
Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
This is an entry level position.
Some packing or picking experience is preferred.
Prior palletizing experience is helpful. Ability to lift-up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to read English and follow pallet configurations.
No diploma is required.
Must be willing and able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
