We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Janitor with Floor Technician experience. We are an on-site janitorial service looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. Train new employees. Assist in leading staff members. Fill in for absent general cleaners when required. Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, floor buffing. Perform technical cleaning jobs including high speed burnishing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning and window cleaning perform multiple tasks unaided. Document and report supply inventory as needed document and report staff activity as needed Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment Must maintain an overall clean appearance on all equipment and supplies Use leadership skills to supervise janitorial staff and job completion Ensure site Master Sanitation program components are met.
Complete audits for compliance to site Master Sanitation program components.
