Happy Housekeepers is seeking two professional, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking people to join our cleaning team, to clean residences in LaSalle and Grundy Counties, and who can start work right away. Looking for the most thorough and efficient ladies in the area, who are willing to work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervisor position paying up to $18 per hour also a possibility for the right person.

Applicants MUST:
- Have an upbeat and positive personality!
- Be available to work various daytime hours Monday through Friday, though we are willing to work with your schedule. We service clients between 7:30am and up to 3 or 4pm, so can work within those hours.
- Be physically capable of moving small furniture items, carrying 25 lbs or more comfortably, working on hands and knees, bending, climbing and squatting.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois Driver's License, and be able to work anywhere in LaSalle and Grundy counties.
- Be able to follow specific direction and cleaning guidelines.
- Be mature and capable of committing to long-term employment.
- Be 21 years of age or over.
- Have a clean record (absolutely NO misdemeanors or felonies, and no arrests).
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDENT!
We are specifically looking for people who live between LaSalle and Grundy Counties (preferably in or near Marseilles, Ottawa, Seneca, or Morris), wants to work, wants to begin working THIS WEEK.
Starting pay is $15 per hour. Depending on how well you clean to begin, and how quickly you learn our methods, you can expect to work as little as a day or two per week, or up to 30+ hours per week, depending on your availability. Hours and pay rate are based on individual capabilities, and those who excel can earn up to $16 per hour within whatever amount of time it takes to perform to that level. Some have earned that pay within a week, others take more time. You will also enjoy tips and bonuses for jobs well done.
We are a group of ladies looking for a team member who will work hard at all times, keep up with our fast pace, take great care in ensuring every job is done to perfection, and who will do it all with a SMILE!
