Job Description:
Our customer is a nationally recognized manufacturer and distributor of automobile and truck tires. This is regional delivery route work but you are HOME EVERY WEEKEND.Â
You deliver Monday through Friday.
You receive top-notch company supplied tractors (2016 Volvo Sleepers) and late model van trailers that are fully loaded for you. We teach you how to make these deliveries which are much easierÂthenÂdelivering to food service establishments!
These are full-time CAREER positions.Â
Drivers are typically on the road 4 nights per week.Â
You are Home EVERY Weekend.Â
Great competitive wages.Â
Pay is based on hub miles, stops, piece count and layovers.Â
Year one earnings will be $69,000Â
Receive an additional $1,000 attendance bonus at the end of each year of serviceÂ
You will receive ANNUAL INCREASES
The work is "touch freight" and we teach you to perform the job safely and efficiently.Â
DHL pays weekly.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience
Valid Class A CDL
Be a minimum 21 years of age
LicenseÂhas not been suspended or revoked, for cause, within the last 3 years, per the criteria of 49 CFR 391.15 and/or 383.51 whether in commercial or personal vehicle
Ability to successfully pass the DOT drug screen and physical as well as the DHL Supply ChainÂwritten,Âroad and aptitude tests.
No more than two moving violations; OR two preventable accidents; OR a combination of one moving violation and one preventable accident within the last two years.
