Job Summary This position will responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions. Perform technical analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to new program development, the configuration of existing systems, new package/system evaluation, or a combination of these options. Has an emphasis on designing solutions that balance business needs and technical complexity. Responsibilities 1) Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements. 2) Support and maintain existing desktop WPF applications. 3) Design, develop, and deliver new WPF applications per specifications supplied by off-site project managers and business leads 4) Analyze production support issues to determine root causes and take the necessary course of action for resolution, including direct interaction with business analysts and end-users. 5) Collaborate with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications 6) Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. 7) Testing and deploying programs and applications. 8) Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software. 9) Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance. 10) Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. 11) Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects. Education Bachelors Degree in relevant industry field (Required) Technical Skills 1) Minimum 5 years experience in object Oriented Programming using C# with MVVM and WPF. 2) Minimum 3 years experience in T-SQL. 3) Experience with Sales and/or Inventory systems. 4) Experience in Agile Framework/JIRA 5) Knowledge of repositories like Subversion Bitbucket. 6) Knowledge of third-party controls like Infragistics /Telerik. 7) Experience working the in entire development lifecycle for an application, including both back-end and front-end development.
