Job DescriptionKelly Services has 1st and 2nd shift Assembly positions open in Lincolnshire, IL.2nd shift hours are 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Monday - Friday - plus overtime.(This position pays $14.50 /hour to start)We are looking for candidates who are PROMPT and very diligent in their work ethic. We want applicants that are looking for a long term stable career with a fantastic company! If you are someone with a high attention to detail this position might just be for you.Valve AssemblyThis position requires an individual with good finger dexterity- able to handle small parts. Able to read and understand work orders, follow written documentation and visual control plans. Able to work in a fast paced team environment. Assembly processes can range from simple to complex tasks. All assemblies are normally done as a one piece flow which means standing and moving around in their work cell majority of the time. Team work and working at a good pace is important. Attention to detail and quality is very important.
