- Polycom Video Conferencing equipment including G85's, E70s, E50s, G40's PCVE Certification is a plus.
- Years of work experience: 1 year(s).
- 5 years of experience with AV design, planning and project management skills in enterprise organization
- Experience designing for Poly VC systems, video walls, AVoIP products and advanced camera automation systems
- Working knowledge of key audio, video and audiovisual products from major manufacturers including Polycom, Cisco, QSC and others
- In-depth knowledge of installation, operation, scheduling and support of desktop and conference room VTC systems including ISDN, Inverse Multiplexers, CODECs and H.320/H.323 protocols
- Understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses and corrective action on systems, networks, hardware and software in a Professional Audio/Video environment
- English.
- Native or bilingual proficiency.
- Need a resource who is strong in Polycom Video Conferencing. They have 22 G40-T's and 10 G85's and will be adding 10 more. Also installing E70's and E50's in larger conference rooms (3).
- Fixing issues on the fly.
- Owning scheduling of conference rooms and equipment.
- Maintain Polycom cameras and offer white glove service to staff and executive team.
- Be on standby during meetings for troubleshooting of issues.
- Configuration and upgrading of equipment and software.
