- Develop Processes and Requirements to support the business outcomes
- Works proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency

- Help provide playbooks, workflows, and frameworks to integrated Rebates and POS capabilities to Technology Tools and Change Management.
- 10+ years IT experience with at least 3-4 experience with Sales Operations - Rebates and POS Processes
- Demonstrate Solid understanding of Rebates and POS processes in the Technology industry
- Strong functional background in Sales Operations and Rebates, POS supporting systems
- Good understanding of Digital Sales platform, Rebates and POS.
- Good interaction and connect with Business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Product development team and IT enterprise apps dev team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Very good articulation skills and lead to drive focused meetings with various stakeholders (business & IT)
- Ability to think analytically and should have excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills
