- 3+ years’ experience in the eCommerce and Web analytics space.
- 1+ year experience in Tableau or equivalent Data Visualization tool.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target.
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets experience.
- Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvement.
- Extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficient in the understanding of analytical processing including data management, optimization, predictive modeling and visualization.
- Successful track record of managing multiple projects and work streams independently.
- BA/BS from an accredited university.
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience extracting data to cloud technologies for the purpose of joining and analyzing data a plus.
- SEO experience desired.

- 2-3 year’s experience in web analytics space Minimum.

- Adheres to reporting best practices data visualization, scorecarding, dashboarding, etc. and recommends improvements to existing Advanced Analytics solutions where appropriate.
- Participates in and improves upon existing QA structures to help catch unexpected bugs or other impacts of continuous dev release cycles.
- Builds and manages stakeholder relationships including business partners, users, vendors, customers, project team members and management leaders.
- Keeps up with industry trends and technologies; evaluates new technologies as needed.
- Contributes technical expertise in analytics methodologies, performance measurement and research using advanced analytical platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Documentation and organization skills to meet the established standards.
