Title: IT Project Manager
Mandatory skills:business users, IT development personnel, business audiences, technical audiences,MS Office Suite, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,system design, OEM manufacturing, aftermarket parts, software implementation,JIRA, ServiceNow,customer service, business goals,Agile project management,resource acquisition, SOW, contract administration, digital transformation,work estimates, resource requirements, sprint plan, project governance, PMO governance Description:Responsibilities• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Track, publish and follow up on action items and issues• Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate, as appropriate, to management• Monitor spending against budget milestones and take corrective action, as needed• Manage pre-project activities (including resource acquisition and SOWs) and drive all sprints through project completion• Work with the Managers and developers to determine work estimates and resource requirements to create a detailed sprint plan• Create and present project governance documents in conformance with the PMO governance process and policies• Manage third party vendor relationships, contract administration and SOW compliance• Enforce Agile best practices and serve as scrum master for multiple teams. Manage and guide the teams in executing Agile ceremonies and creating artifacts• Promote a strong working partnership between business and IT members of the team and insure excellent communications between team members, stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and management, at all levels• Produce status reports and maintain project metrics• Control scope and manage the change control processTechnical Skills• Proficient with MS Office Suite: Word, Visio, (Advanced) Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint• Proficient using JIRA or similar tool for Agile project management• Familiarity with ServiceNow a plusQualifications• Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, demanding cross-functional environment working with business users, project team members, IT development personnel and vendors• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills• Proven ability to handle complexity (technical and organizational)• Strong understanding of systems.
