Responsibilities• Establish strong partnerships with business areas, leveraging Salesforce functionality to increase Sales, Marketing, Dealer network, and Service capabilities across the enterprise• Provide input to the strategic planning process for the Salesforce platform• Serve as a functional lead on Salesforce projects• Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions. Recommend alternate approaches• Document business requirements and user stories• Map requirements to out-of-box functionality within SalesForce• Support technical staff during development to ensure that solutions will meet the business requirements• Support our Agile software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle• Configure minor Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements• Create test cases and test scripts; conduct functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, accurately documenting and prioritizing defects and re-testing resolved issues• Create training materials, job aids, and system deployment communications; Conduct stakeholder trainingQualifications• Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, demanding cross-functional environment working with business users, project team members, IT development personnel• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills• Proven ability to handle complexity (technical and organizational)• Strong understanding of systems. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations• Curious, goal oriented and highly self-motivated with a passion for driving transformative change• Strong customer service orientation; enjoys people and creates raving fans• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and documenting requirements• Experience training end users• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls• Work experience in OEM manufacturing or aftermarket parts industry a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioEducation requirement: BS in Computer Science, or 5 years applicable experience with a BS in another technical fieldYears of Experience: At least 3 yearsRequired/Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Admin preferred
