LOCAL candidates ONLY Client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise on Configurator, Sales, Quotes and Pricing systems. This team is responsible for over 80 applications covering Truck/Bus functions of Market to Sell, Order Tracking, and Invoicing. These applications include the Dealer-facing Sales Tools apps along with critical apps used by internal Navistar business areas such as Truck Sales, Bus Sales, Marketing, Product Information, Pricing, Customer Responsiveness Center, Dealer Operations, Used Truck, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting.The Sr. Business Analyst Lead needs to be a go-getter and problem solver, a listener and a strategic thinker. They need to be experienced in design thinking and leading development projects from idea to implementation.

Required Skills• Understanding of configurating Products, creating Quotes and managing Pricing (CPQ business processes), preferably in Manufacturing• Experience implementing solutions including configuration rules, pricing, discounting, and quote document creation• Experience leading internal and external customer meetings to gather, define, and document business requirements• Experience designing and implementing solutions with advanced pricing and product configuration capabilities• Experience in preparing visually rich and professional conceptual presentations targeted to varying audiences of business• Creative and pro-active thinker• Very strong communication skills and habits, Strong presenter and facilitator, Ability to drive the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies and gain consensus across business groups• Experience working on agile projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
