Job Description
TheDirector of Nursing (DON) is an integral part of our leadership team. You will be training and orienting new staff members, supervising and leading others, managing our speciality programs, ensuring quality care, as well as being involved with IDPH survives.

Qualifications
Director of Nursing (DON)
What we need from you:- Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL
- Previous DONexperience and optimal survey results
- Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience with the post-acute& the medically complexpatients
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC)
