• Salesforce (Functional) - Proficiency in Experienced
• Salesforce (Functional) - Experience ?= Seven to Ten Years
• Salesforce (Functional) - How Recent in Less than 3 Years
• Salesforce (Functional) - Primary = 1

• Designing and developing Salesforce based solutions including the design of configuration and customization of Salesforce.
• Use of standard Salesforce integration patterns to leverage Salesforce APIs and design and develop call outs and web services.
• Use deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and other Salesforce products to steer business to out of the box-based solutions.
• Use strong understanding of the Salesforce product landscape and ecosystem to assist business in buy vs. build solutions.
• Participate in design of enterprise architecture and enterprise data mastering.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with data lakes, middleware, and tools.
• Use understanding of Salesforce support features to optimize benefits recognized.
• Use proficiency in Salesforce programming languages including Flows, Apex, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of Salesforce solutions to deliver high quality solutions.
• Use understanding of customization options including Apex, Canvas, Heroku, and Evergreen to deliver high quality solutions.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Salesforce APIs.
• Create and maintain Actor, Licenses, and Role Hierarchy diagram, System Landscape diagram, Data Model diagram, and Environment diagram.
• Create and maintain documentation for System Architecture, Data, Solution Architecture, Integration, and Development Lifecycle.

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years Solution Architecture experience required.
• Salesforce certifications including Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, two or more Designer and a third-party certification like TOGAF.
• One or more security certification like CISM, CISA, or CISSP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, JIRA preferred.
• Experience with SAFe Agile framework preferred.
• Proficiency in PC software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows) required.
• Experience supporting the development of training and training materials.
• Experience supporting the development of testing strategies.
• Experience managing projects and programs is required.
