- Under general supervision, manages and/or coordinates all tasks for medium and large-sized cloud environment project(s) of moderate to high complexity and risk.
- Works with PMO, security, architectural and quality assurance teams to ensure that the established system standards, procedures, and quality objectives are achiev
- Drives project kick-off activities; internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation for top-tier, high profile customers.
- Prepares and manages schedules, risks, issues, and interdependencies with understanding of on premise and cloud technologies.
- Develops time and cost estimates, project plans/schedules, and budgets.
- During execution, monitors performance and reports to management project status and pertinent issues, including major milestones and potential project risks.
- Provides continuing direction to the project team, conducts status meetings, assesses proposed changes in scope, and recommends courses of action to project sponsors during the execution phase.
- Responsible for the duties of project management using Agile, Scrum
- Must have experience with the manufacturing.
- Oversees and controls ongoing costs, schedules, resources, scope, and risks.
- Assesses project variances, gathers metrics, and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives
- Briefs and presents project status to Agency and State level executives
- PMP certification
- 8+ years’ experience in the project management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Executive level written and oral communication skills
- Expert level skills in the use of MS 0365 Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams)
- Must have knowledge in Agile and Scrum
- Master’s degree and/or specialized training in related field.
- Experience working in an Enterprise outsourced environment
