Hours 8:00-5:00 PM Corporate IT SecurityStrong Program ManagerPMPLarge and complex implementations in IT security areaIncident response planning and remediation and communication.Please include all certifications on the resume.Agile The IT Program Manager (IT Security) - Initiates, Plans, Executes, Controls and Closes multiple simultaneous IT Projects to support IT Security group. Provides Security program oversight via driving the security project portfolio, security backlog, security initiatives/enhancements, continuous deployment, and security incident response planning/remediation and associated communications. Leads cross-functional teams to complete tasks and deliverables according to the program schedule, on time and with quality. Applies processes to lead programs to completion both on schedule and within budget. Requires people and resource management skills through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project. Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of success leading program teams in a matrixed organization structure, and success in leading without direct authority. Ultimate responsibility for the success of the program toward achieving financial and performance targets resides with the Program Manager. Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of IT projects for IT Security. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and Comments Entered Name Comment interpretation of instructions/objectives. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of IT Security process, systems and best practices.• Manage IT Security implementations ensuring functional areas drive and support modern security processes across the organization.• Works as a program team leader in a fast-moving dynamic environment. Active oversight of/planning with groups on current projects and steady state improvement activities.• Work is accomplished through independent contributions or program work requiring advanced subject area knowledge and decision-making skills.• Fully proficient in applying established standards, resolving a wide range of complex problems of diverse scope in innovative ways, including problems where precedent may not exist.• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.• Must be a skilled problem-solver who follows through on corrective action implementation.• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.• Networks with senior internal and external personnel.• Experience implementing large scale and complex IT Security initiatives required.• Must be a self-starter who is expected to develop detailed program scope, budget and schedules based on intent from leadership• Must be comfortable with real-time decision-making in the absence of complete or perfect information• Must be comfortable with public speaking in large groups including Executive audiences.• Must have a demonstrated history of success leading programs where change is common and be comfortable leading a recurring Program Change Board• Expected to identify, evaluate, document and develop mitigation plans for program risks and issues.• May instruct, coach or provide informal guidance to other professionals or colleagues with less experience• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) credential(s) strongly preferred.• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt training and/or certification strongly preferred• Master of Business Administration strongly preferred and a working knowledge of program finance is a must• Must be comfortable for up to 40% domestic travel

Additional Requirements:• Proficiency developing detailed program schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project is required• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required• Experience implementing large scale and complex IT Security initiatives required.• 10+ years of experience in IT Security industry. Desired skills• Experience managing IT Security programs for North America Truck OEMs, Heavy Equipment manufacturing, or Aerospace/Defense or other capital goods business-to-business industries strongly preferred• Experience with implementations using Agile practices and continuous improvement.• Must be comfortable interacting with and presenting to Executive leadership• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt training and/or certification. PMP or PgMP certification
