Position Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Location : (Remote)

Job Description: A Tier 1 client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work within the E-911 Organization, with Senior Level Engineers and Program Managers, to record and archive test results upon testing completion of newly deployed data routes or new rate centers. The analyst will utilize a defined template to record the data requiring collection and validation. Their role is to gather, validate and populate the data template. Data Collecting, validating, and entry process, must be followed to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Due to the extremely high accuracy and data integrity required, the individual must have demonstrated the ability to follow processes and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customized template to collect and record E911 Test Data
  • Perform Data Integrity validation post data collection
  • Utilize predefined process for data collection and recording
  • Utilize Excel template to collect and record data
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure data collection compliance and signoff

Required Qualifications
  • Eight (8) years of experience in a Telecom Environment is a plus
  • Three (3) years of experience working E911 projects
  • Three (3) + years of experience working in data collection environment
  • Three (3) + years of experience large volume data entry and data quality checks within Excel
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to process confidential data according to guidelines/processes
  • High Level of Written and Verbal Communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Power Point/Excel /Word/Outlook)

Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience
