Job Description
We are currently seeking sales professionals in the Marion, IL and surrounding areas to join our team and drive sales. The right candidate will be placed in to a structured training program designed to provide knowledge of the industry and business and allow the individuals strengths to shine.
Job Respondsibilities
- Call on accounts, provide superior customer service, build relationships
- Mentoring and training of employees
- Project and maintain budgets
- Place inside and outside advertising
- Execute promotional programs
- Accountable for sales quota
- Knowledgeable of the territory, products, and pricing
- Alert of opportunities for new business
- Communicate daily with other sales team members
- Attend scheduled sales meetings/seminars
- Take leadership in the assigned sales territory
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
- Operational Sales experience
- Training and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and manage accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Live in the Marion area
